home. spending a few hours at home reset my sanity compass. i promised myself last monday that once i made it through the week - i would spend time at home. not near home but at home. there’s a difference & i often avoid it. it was perfect - the slow & quiet with tea, chocolate, reading, music & a hot shower. time to walk across town to meet a few friends for snacking & talking. seeking balance. perspective.
